A Directioner saved for months, then cried for days after learning the One Direction tickets she bought on Craigslist were fakes



Directioners.. Be careful, you guys must ask your friends or your parents to be sure and cannot lead to this terrible experience.


A Langley teen is devastated after finding out the $500 One Direction concert tickets she bought on Craigslist are fakes.
“She’s been crying for days,” her mom Joanne Mierzejewski told The Province. “It’s heartbreaking. My mama-bear paws have come out.”
While she realizes her 13-year-old daughter will likely never get her money back, the Langley mom is warning others to be on the lookout for Craiglist scammers targeting teens in search of One Direction tickets.
Mierzejewski said her daughter and a friend worked hard babysitting and doing chores so they could afford to buy the coveted tickets at $250 a pop. The concert, taking place July 27, sold out soon after going on sale in April 2012.
